Pretty average photos but awesome to see these rare Black Grasswrens again. These birds are so rare that keen bird watchers - or twitchers - from all over Australia come to the Mitchell Plateau hoping to see them. This is my second time seeing them in the area and once along the Munga Track, but it's the first time I've gotten a couple of happy snaps. The birds are typically found amongst sandstone and spinifex grass.
